The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with the clients senior managers and team members, serving as a supply chain and logistics expert on specific projects within a range of public and private sector clients and collaborators.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the below.
- Review and further develop the supplier base that is appropriate to the size and complexity of the organisation and mitigate supplier risk;
- Work with technical teams from the Testing and Validation Directorate to improve quality standards of the supply chain.
Review requirement documents (i.e., requisitions, statement of work, drawings, and specifications) for clarity and adequacy;
- Work independently in delivering an end to end procurement service, providing guidance on complex issues and securing contractual agreements to ensure service quality, added value and security of supply.
- Ensure that third party suppliers and contractors work in alignment with health, safety, environment and quality practices and standards;
The Supply Chain Manager must be educated to HND level qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject or studying towards Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) membership or equivalent relevant experience.
You must have operational knowledge and experience of logistics, supply chain management and end to end procurement processes, methods and techniques; including negotiation skills and contract management as well as working knowledge of contracts in the Offshore Sector.
