Supply Chain Coordinator
An exciting Supply Chain Coordinator role with a well-known & growing range of branded FMCG products, supplied to multiple retail, wholesale & export accounts within grocery, high street and department stores.
Duties will include:
Managing a sample record log, tagging and labelling samples out to larger accounts
Formatting and updating numerous spreadsheets as requested - including sales reporting, stock reporting, range listings, cross checking product detail, NPD trackers
Raising orders on the automated system where instructed
Updating price lists, promotional ranges and brochure listings
Collating and adding data to company waste management master data list
Liaising with internal and external warehouses and recording stock movements
Manual data input for products, internal processes on stock and customer issues
Compiling new line forms - internal and external Collating and adding data to company master product list
General filing, organising & managing internal samples, creating document libraries
Collating product specification documents and compiling master list Export administration - document filing, manual document creation, record keeping
Liaising with customers and suppliers on ad hoc basis
Progress chasing suppliers and printers on ad hoc basis
