- Understand Agile project management methodologies

- Use digital communication tools including email, CRM Systems & databases, to gather & share customer information to manage & develop customer relationships.

- Be responsible for using and updating digital collaborative tools such as Trello and Slack.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure clear and two-way communications with a wide range of suppliers and internally, customer services and the warehouse

Provide analyses and reports on trends and corrective actions

Provide general supply chain support when and as required

Ensure targeted product sample availability is maintained

Administration and systems-based support (EG purchase/manufacture orders, data management etc)
