Supply Chain Co-ordinator / Office Administrator
*Digital Project Admin*
- Understand Agile project management methodologies
- Use digital communication tools including email, CRM Systems & databases, to gather & share customer information to manage & develop customer relationships.
- Be responsible for using and updating digital collaborative tools such as Trello and Slack.
Ensure clear and two-way communications with a wide range of suppliers and internally, customer services and the warehouse
Provide analyses and reports on trends and corrective actions
Provide general supply chain support when and as required
Ensure targeted product sample availability is maintained
Administration and systems-based support (EG purchase/manufacture orders, data management etc)
