Your New Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant

Your New Salary: up to £30K (dependant on expereince) plus bonus

Status: Perm

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire


What you'll be doing each day:

You will continue to develop and maintained a sustainable supply chain and distributor network across Europe as part of the companies Supply Chain strategy. You will support the Distribution Managers, allow them to focus more on the distributor management and relationship, insured supply and high level of service, as well as projects, innovations and protect franchisees.

Your main responsibilities:
·Liaise with Distribution Managers and does the reporting of the Benefit trackers
·Monthly price list to stores in all managed distributors
·Monthly KPI’s in all managed distributors
·Management of the scorecards at every distributor in support of the Distribution Manager
·Consolidating and reporting volumes across all distributors
·Internal reporting for all distributors
·Distributor mapping in new markets in support to DM for new markets and tenders (current and future)
·Support Distribution Managers on tenders and proposal analysis
·Assist with any distributor transition

The skills you need to succeed:

·Supply chain / Distribution experience
·Ideally commercial experience in food or beverage industry
·Some knowledge of project management would be preferable
·Strong analytical skills; numerate with the ability to decipher complex information
·Self sufficient and well organised; able to manage own schedule effectively
·A strong team player
·Agile and able change direction and respond to requirements within a changing environment.
·Able to work cross culturally
·Computer literate ( intermediate or advanced power point and excel skills)
·Excellent communicator
