Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for their site in Solihull.

The main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Management of all operational aspects of the business
  • This encompasses an international outsourced supply chain, multi-site inventory and a third-party logistics provider
  • Project management and troubleshooting
  • Commercial focus on all supply chain and logistics activities with the remit to reduce waste and inefficiencies
  • Management and implementation of SLAs to effectively monitor and control suppliers and service providers
  • Manage the growth and success of the team
  • Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and resource to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis


Intelligent, hardworking and personable, with a desire to join and contribute to the ongoing success of an exciting and dynamic team


Commercially astute with an ability to prioritise and multi-task

Educated to Degree level

Consumer packaged goods experience highly desirable, preferably in a food / drinks business

Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills

Commitment to excellence with high quality standards and attention to detail

Flexible and forward thinking with a creative and solution orientated approach

Hands on attitude that coincides with a fast growth business

Applicants will need strong working knowledge of Power Point, Word & Excel


Ideally within a 60-minute drive of HQ

Full driving licence

Willing to travel when required to client and supplier meetings
