Responsible for all Supply Chain Data Analysis & Reporting (Internal & External) to support the business needs


  • Responsible for Producing Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly KPIs for the following business Areas, ensuring output is accurate, presentable and issued as per the agreed schedule:

- Customer

- 3PHs / Suppliers

- Internal

  • Ensure Reporting schedule is maintained & fully up to date at all times
  • Ensure full working instructions for all reporting is maintained & fully up to date at all times
  • Support the Team with all bespoke / adhoc reporting requirements
  • Maintain excellent lines of Communication with both Customers and Internal Stakeholders
  • Qlik Super User
  • Provide Data Analysis Training for other Team members as required
  • Lead & drive Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting Continuous Improvements agenda


The above duties are not an exhaustive list. The job holder may be required to undertake additional duties as the needs of the business dictate.


  • Based at Southampton office
  • Will be required to visit other JFH Offices and Customers from time to time


  • Excel & PowerPoint
  • Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding Experience


  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Experienced team player
  • Available to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives
  • Excellent customer service skills


  • Excellent verbal & written English
  • Any other Languages


  • Excellent computer skills especially in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Knowledge of AXIS (Not Essential)
  • Knowledge of FLOW (Not Essential)


  • Good standard of general education


  • 1-2 yrs Service in a similar Role
  • Supply Chain and / or Freight Forwarding
