Supply Chain Administrator
Glastonbury
£23 - 28,000 DOE


We are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator / Supply Chain coordinator to join a fast paced, rapidly growing and award-winning medium business on the outskirts of Glastonbury.  This is an exciting time to join the company as they are experiencing extensive growth and as a result the role offers tremendous opportunities to develop and thrive.  This is an interesting and varied role which will evolve alongside the business needs.
 
Supply Chain Administrator / Supply Chain coordinator Responsibilities:
·Oversee and maintain the day-to-day management of all aspects of stock control to include stock checks, stock release and storage
·Daily processing of internal production data
·Checking and processing Purchase Orders, deliveries and Invoices
·Data input
·Report generating
·Product traceability processes.  
·Communicating regularly with all departments in the business
·Maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and transport providers.   This is an interesting and varied role which will evolve alongside the business needs.

Working hours: 9 - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.   Own transport essential due to location.

Supply Chain Administrator / Supply Chain coordinator Skills / Experience Required
·You will have an eye for detail
·Be numerate and have excellent communication skills.  
·The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently is essential.
·Knowledge of a stock management software system and Sage Accountancy software is a definite advantage,
