Supply Chain Administrator
Kings Lynn - £20,909
Hours are Mon-Fri 40 including 30 mins for lunch.
8am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm
·Accurately raise and follow through to delivery, internal and external orders against requests from factory planners and customer forecasts for packed items.
·Accurately raise and follow through orders for sundry items as required, ensuring relevant authorisation has been received.
·Advise all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, of any issues arising that cannot be rectified.
·Provide reports on an as required basis, utilising information from various sources, including but not exhaustive to databases, company systems and excel spreadsheets.
·System maintenance, including closing off old orders, maintaining Bills of Materials and redundant stocks.
·Maintenance of purchasing price files, source lists and info records.
·General administrative support to the team, including filing and adherence to 5S principles.
·Resolve delivery discrepancies through communication with stores and investigate any issues.
·Responsible for supporting the supply chain with their day to day jobs - orders, returns, liaising with suppliers, responding to queries
·To support the supply chain with the ordering of stock to maintain appropriate stock levels using MRP, order product history, seasonality and annual events efficiently
·Working with suppliers to maintain up to date price lists, liaising with suppliers to remedy problems and ensure goods are delivered on time and correctly
·Raising and amending PO's; processing of PO's and arranging delivery, while making necessary arrangements for delivery with intercompany and 3rd party suppliers
·Recording and investigating discrepancies or shortages on purchase orders
·Supply chain department administrative duties
For this role you will need to have worked in a similar role within a similar administrative role within a manufacturing environment. You will be educated to a good level, have excellent administrative skills and be an excellent communicator.
