Supply Chain Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a conscientious, detail-focussed individual to join our existing team. The candidate must have previous Administration skills and be focussed and analytical in their approach. This position involves working closely and supporting the Supply Chain and Sales teams.

The position is as part of a growing Sales, Marketing and Distribution office within the Hobby and Crafts industry. The company has seen significant sales growth over the last 5 years thanks to a dedicated team. With a variety of challenges and customers across Europe and the Rest of the World, the Supply Chain team plays an important role in ensuring excellent Inventory Management and Planning as well as providing key reporting data for the rest of the business. This role would suit someone looking to work for a dynamic forward thinking company. It offers an excellent development opportunity for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering Amazon platforms - Creating and editing products
  • Processing Amazon returns and liaising with internal departments on these
  • Recording Amazon remittances and chargebacks
  • Downloading Amazon data for inventory analysis
  • Identifying and compiling key data from Amazon systems
  • Ensuring system information is captured and kept up to date and any gaps highlighted
  • Creating and recording product information - Dimensions, images, prices
  • Preparation of data for further analysis
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining key business spreadsheets and communicating any missing data on these

Experience / Skills required:

  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel
  • High level of numeracy
  • Strong system skills and knowledge
  • Aptitude for learning new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and to plan workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team
