Supplier Contract Manager

Location: HO Liverpool but flexible
Inside Scope for IR35

Our client has undertaken a brand new programme for which it has engaged a number of external suppliers to support this activity, through the delivery of a range of different services.

This role will play a key part in monitoring and managing the suppliers through the full life cycle of the contracts established. The range of services will include outsourced contact centres, data cleansing, telephony services and field based regulatory and enforcement service providers.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage performance of the suppliers against all elements of the services required
*Manage variations to contractual & commercial terms as required
*Manage the sourcing, negotiation and onboarding of new suppliers as necessary
*Oversight of the change and improvement activity undertaken with suppliers in response to updated requirements
*Work to the established the framework and guidelines for supplier management

Essential Skills and Experience

*Procurement, contract and supplier management experience, 5 yrs
*Appropriate CIPS qualification to Level 5 or Level 6 Professional Diploma
*Excellent standard of written and oral communication
*Highly capable in use of Microsoft Office software
*Planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with the ability to work to meet deadlines and manage own workload
