Lynx Care (UK) are a family run business who have been established for more than 14 years. We provide high calibre Support Workers across the Sheffield area.

We currently have vacancies available for experienced Support workers in Sheffield . Our Home Care Support covers a range of one-to-one services from companionship to more specialised care (including dementia care, palliative care, and complex care), throughout Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Various shifts are available..full & part Time Permanent Contracts..Also Bank contracts if required.

The role involves working one to one with our service users in their own homes to provide the highest possible standards of care. You will be responsible for personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and working to a variety of different care plans.

You will need to have the a friendly caring approach to provide high quality person centred care in a caring and supportive manner whilst promoting independence.

You will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate and we also pay TRAVEL time,and 25p per mile petrol allowance.We have a specialised training room & also do training on-site. We also provide the opportunity for you to study and progress if you are interested.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of 6 months care experience, a compassionate nature and be flexible. Due to the nature of the role,Drivers with own transport would be advantageous but not essential. We do have a few specialised roles that could be of interest to people with the right expertise.
