Supervisors - Early Shift or Night Shift Available!

You'll be working as part of a large project within a warehouse environment based in Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.

The project commences on the 10th May 2018 and is due to finish approximately 29th June 2018 (up to 7 weeks). You MUST be available to work a six day week including Saturday’s and have no holidays booked / time off required for the entire duration of the project in order for timescales to be met.

The project is in relation to the preparation, processing and scanning of examination papers and we have a variety of Supervisor roles available in different areas. Each Supervisor role will involve:

  • promoting staff morale and motivation in order to obtain the best output from the team
  • allocating work to team members
  • ensuring team members understand the processes they are being asked to complete and undertake retraining as required
  • identify any issues with staff performance and escalate as necessary
  • monitor team performance and quality control work throughout the shift

As you will be working with materials that represent years’ of hard work for individual candidates who have taken exams, you must be able to stay focussed on quality and be able to work efficiently and accurately taking responsibility for your part in the process.

You will be given full training although you should be confident in highlighting any issues or questions to your Supervisor.

There is a choice of either of the following shifts:

  • Early Shift (7.30am - 5.00pm) - pay rate of £10.50ph
  • Night Shift (7.00pm - 5.00am) - pay rate of £11.50ph
