A fast paced, customer focused Luxury Business based in Heathrow Terminals, specializing in multi-brand, multi product items. Delivering exceptional service and experiences to the millions of customers that walk through the Airport every year.

The Role

Working within a high profile specialist team of customer facing Concierges.

Responsible for exceeding customer expectations through personal shopping service. Be the key point of contact within a dedicated kiosk area in a highly visible location. Deliver expert advice on in-store services from Beauty services, shop and collect, travel tips, allowances and wider airport facilities.

Managing reserve and collect orders through concierge desk. Provide bespoke service based on cultural expectations, exceeding individual customer wants and needs.

The Candidate

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Able to inspire customer choices with products, in store services etc
• The confidence to build relationships and manage onward customer interaction within the store
• Ability to self manage and organize commercial priorities
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, adapting personal style to suit the individual customer
• Experience in delivering a personal shopping customer offer
• Familiar with retail travel
• Able to Lead the customer to feel they have received a bespoke service.
