ABOUT:

• Luxury designer with a balance between fashion and a timeless wardrobe
• Established in London with a global outlook and strong digital presence 
• Heritage is a British brand known for its use of luxurious fabrics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver retail excellent FOH & BOH
• Drive strong leadership within the concession in partnership with the Store Manager
• Mentor, Coach & Train team in order to achieve commercial targets and Store objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fashion Retail experience as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
