Supervising Social Worker - Not for profit IFA

salary package up to £39,000 per annum

NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker for a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South West of England.

In this role, you will be joining a not for profit IFA, meaning that they re-invest their profit back into the service, making sure the service is improving on an ongoing basis.

The Supervising Social Worker will have a low caseload (around 10) in the Somerset, Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester areas.

This is a therapeutic IFA and they provide training around this so you can develop your skills. They are also Gold in Investors in People which proves that you will receive lots of training and support, which will allow you to progress your career with them.

Please apply if you are a Supervising Social Worker and if you have experience in fostering. Ideally you must have a good understanding of the fostering legislation. You must drive as well.
