SuccessFactors Support Lead

Large, successful London based SuccessFactors end-user has a new role in their HR Systems team. Embarking on a global roll-out currently, they have an excellent opportunity for someone to join their growing team and work on a complex, large-scale SuccessFactors project.

The role involves designing and delivering HRIS roadmap for the business, across multiple systems and managing all upgrades and enhancements as required. There is an element of 2nd line support involved, but this role is significantly broader than that - this person will act as a bridge between IT and HR.

We're looking for someone who's experienced with SuccessFactors (implementation and support) across multiple modules. They'll need to be comfortable communicating across departments, happy to travel when needed, and able to deliver strategic objectives around SuccessFactors.
