Subspecialty Trainee in Gynaecological Oncology

Applications are invited for RCOG accredited Sub-specialty Trainee in Gynaecological Oncology; to commence training at Royal London Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust, London and after twelve or eighteen months rotate to The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, London. The post is to commence on 6th January 2021.

Comprehensive training in the surgical management of gynaecological malignancies, together with non-surgical management including medical oncology, radiotherapy and palliative care will be provided. Research experience in the field is essential and MD or PhD is an advantage. The post is approved for Subspecialty Training in Gynaecological Oncology by the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists.

Candidates must have completed at least ST5 with a satisfactory ARCP outcome, or equivalent. Trainees need to bring their own NTN number. If applying from outside the Deanery, approval for Out of Programme Training must be obtained, and candidates should discuss their application with their Training Programme Director prior to application.
