An experienced Subsidence Claims Handler is required to join the claims management team where you will be supported by experienced subsidence engineers and technical claims managers. You will manage the claims process from initial set-up through to completion by delivering excellent customer services and proactive claims management of your own claims portfolio. The role will be home-based initially with the potential to be office based in the future.
As an experienced Subsidence Claims Handler you will have Claims handling experience and technical knowledge of subsidence. Excellent communication skills is essential as well as being able to work in a team. You will be customer focused and be driven to provide a first class customer service experience. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work and Excel) is required. Industry qualifications would be advantageous or working towards.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, annual basic salary up to £25k plus Death in Service, PHI, PMI and pension.
