Subscriptions Marketing Manager

Do you possess experience in subscriptions marketing within B2B publishing? Are you looking to join a friendly, busy marketing team?

We have an exciting Subscriptions Marketing Manager opportunity within an international media organisation where you will be responsible for managing the marketing for subscriptions for a large, revenue generating successful brand and all associated titles.

Responsibilities as a Subscriptions Marketing Manager:

  • Develop annual and campaign marketing plans for subscriptions
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract and keep paying subscribers - analysing subscriber renewal process and carrying out lapsed and acquisition campaigns
  • Manage budgets
  • Manage the magazine circulations audit process
  • Develop strategies for data acquisition, performing data analysis and maintaining the central database
  • Develop and maintain contra deals with third parties
  • Maintain regular and details reported on financials, activity, targets and KPIs
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
  • Help develop channels including digital marketing and advertising, social media, email, direct mail, SEM and telemarketing
  • Carry out competitor analysis
  • Update web pages and ecommerce pages with promotional copy and develop strategies
  • Attend and provide support at events as needed

Responsibilities as a Subscriptions Marketing Manager:

  • Subscriptions marketing experience is essential
  • B2B publishing experience essential
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Understanding of the importance and use of data
  • Budget management experience
  • Marketing qualification is desirable
