Our client is a friendly company based in Petersfield, who are seeking a new Sub-Contractor Coordinator. The successful candidate will work alongside sub-contractors and the helpdesk team to ensure that works are completed as efficiently as possible, to ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and identifying client issues, technical support for attending sub-contractors, access process for sites and closure of job paperwork. You will ensure that clients are updated on work status as required, update completed and further works for all sub-contractors, and work with the Helpdesk Team to manage reactive and planned works. You will also approve sub-contractor invoices for payment and liaise with Purchase Ledger, cover Helpdesk roles during holidays and sickness, and help the Line Manager as required.
Previous experience of a similar role would be ideal, though the client can consider a candidate with strong organisation skills, good co-ordination and experience of administration. As you will need to liaise with clients, a professional telephone manner and efficient problem solving would be an advantage. Those who are available immediately / at short notice may have an advantage, though those with a month's notice to give can still be considered
