The successful candidate will work closely with the House Parent to create a warm and familiar environment for the students to thrive in and to ensure that the boarders are well looked after and that college rules are observed.
This is a varied role assisting in the supervision of about 90 international A-level students aged 16-19. The work involves overseeing the welfare and academic progress of the student body as well as safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all boarders. The role includes teaching LAMDA as well as organising extra-curricular activities and on occasion accompanying students on trips and excursions. An ability to supervise is essential and there will be some administrative duties.
The role would suit a caring, mature, organised and dedicated person who enjoy working with teenagers and young adults.
Free accommodation and meals included
This is a permanent role paying around £17,500 (possibility to increase) and the hours are to be confirmed.
