This University is based in South West London and works to develop healthcare professionals across many different specialisms.
Your new role
This job is dealing with disciplinary investigations and their progression through the University's policies and procedures. You will be part of a wider team which you will work with in also providing an advisory service for student and academics across different issues or regulations. You will be a point of contact for the the department. You will also provide committee and secretarial support. You will set up panels and take minutes at committee meetings. There will as be report writing also and you must have experience of this recently in a similar environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have either worked in Higher Education or another Public sector organisation in the last 12-18 months dealing with compliance, policies and procedures. You must be very organised, excellent people management skills, happy to work individually and take direction but also within a team. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will deliver correspondence mostly via email or letter but also via phone.
