A mid level Structural Revit Technician is sought to join this structural consultancy at their offices based in South West London.
They have pleasant office space with a team of approximately 20 staff, are close to tube and overground rail links and operate a commercially aware yet people friendly team. One of their projects was even featured on "Grand Designs".
The practice was established over 9 years ago and is expanding due to its continually increasing workload. The firm works mainly in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, often bespoke projects involving basement design, often multi-storey and involving complex engineering. Other projects include commercial schemes such as schools and religious buildings. Projects normally range from £150,000 up to £6m.
You must have some years of solid buildings structures cad and revit experience and be keen to take responsibility for your own projects. You also need to be able to do basic RC detailing. You will also get the chance to go to site for inspections, as well as liaise with clients and architects.

This company is very employee driven and will give you a chance to progress naturally. You will be given a good variety of projects to work on a will have the support of a charismatic design-led director as well as senior CAD/Revit staff to help with training.

You will have to be a proactive individual who is responsible and wants to progress in your career and you MUST have experience within a UK based consultancy.
