Role Profile:

The Enterprise Transformation team is looking for a self-driven, highly analytical Programme Manager that will work within project teams to deliver data-driven solutions for complex strategic issues/opportunities in Vodafone Group Enterprise.

The Enterprise Transformation team is a small team that will drive high-profile, critical initiatives which will drive a step-change in performance through strategic and operational changes. We are looking for highly talented individuals with strong analytic and communication skills to support these inherently complex and ambiguous initiatives. In this role, you will leverage experience in management consulting or business strategy to deliver data-driven, insightful recommendations to the Group Enterprise Leadership Team.

Your Profile:

You will possess the ability to provide strategic recommendations and ensure programme delivery. Along with this, you will have a background that includes well-functioning performance management and governance processes with the capability of communicating effectively with senior management.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Support strategic initiatives that address opportunities for driving growth and/or improving operational efficiency across all functions (sales, marketing, ops.)
  • Drive analytical insight through financial modelling skills and engage collaboratively with key stakeholders across company
  • Develop strategic recommendations for addressing opportunities through data-driven insights
  • Implement recommendations by establishing and tracking transformational programmes with key business owners
  • Develop senior level communications providing updates on strategic analysis, recommendations and program implementation progress

Essential:


  • Complex, custom-structured analyses in ambiguous context, excellent problem solving and stakeholder management
  • Superior analytical skills and financial modelling capabilities
  • Demonstrated communications / engagement at CEO level
  • Alignment and influence multiple stakeholders, ensure buy-in and required action

Desirable:


  • MBA or Master degree
  • 1-2 years post MBA, preferably in a Tier 1 consulting firm; and/or strategy function in a global MNC
