People Partner (Case Management)

  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Location: Sheffield (1-2 days per week in Sheffield, flexible for the right candidate)
  • Hourly rate: £30-£35 per hour PAYE. (Umbrella payment route available)

We are seeking an experienced People Partner to manage a significant caseload of complex tribunal cases. This role is crucial for someone with extensive experience in employment tribunal processes and case management, ideally bridging the gap between employment law and practical case handling.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage around 20 complex tribunal cases from start to finish.
  • Work independently, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end management of each case.
  • Regularly update and report to the senior management on the progress and outcomes of cases.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Ensure all cases are handled efficiently, meeting all legal and organisational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in case management, particularly within employment law.
  • Proven track record of managing complex tribunal cases.
  • Strong understanding of people policies and employment legislation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively updating and advising senior management.
  • Legal background or significant experience in a legal setting related to employment law is highly desirable.
