The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be a key member of the strategic partnership department charged with the critical business growth objective of filling key offering gaps and increasing Dematic's order intake and win rate. The role includes identification, diligence, integration and driving continuous improvement of relationships with strategic partners, acquired businesses and KION's industrial truck operating units.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, engineering, sales or numerical field.
- Experience in process execution, project management roles
- Experience in partnering / M&A or other client facing roles with strategic / complex opportunities
- Experience working with internal businesses
- Experience working in the material handling industry or similar

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including Microsoft PPT
Highly motivated, ability to be a self-starter and execute own business plan
Expertise in developing, analysing and modelling business cases, and reviewing and understanding legal agreements
Able to travel internationally (up to 30%)
Highly analytical with an attention to detail born out of involvement with M+A activity
