If you are a technical and Strategic Key Account Manager then this is a fantastic opportunity to grow a very well respected and awarded manufacturing company.

With positive growth year and year, my client now seek an experienced Account Manager to manage some key clients.

You will need to be experienced within a technical role, Project managing or Account Managing manufacturing, Electrical, mechanical or engineering customers.

You will manage, maintain and develop commercial and technical relationships with long standing customers to ensure accounts and projects are being maintained, relationships managed and margins increased.

You will execute agreed account strategies designed to drive profitable revenue growth, existing gross margin improvement, stock reduction/ cash flow improvement and quality performance to meet agreed KPIs. Develop the account & relationships by networking so as to generate in group business opportunities via RFQs.

You will be commercially astute, possess gravitas and be level-headed thinking under pressure. Have strong negotiation skills, relationship management and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, especially in conveying simple, clear understanding of complex.

This can be a split role between home, Head office ( located on the Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire/ Berkshire Borders) and on-site at various client premises primarily located within the South and 1 further afield.

This is a business critical role to enhance the continued growth plans for 2018.
