My client in Stansted is currently recruiting for a Storeperson. Reporting to the Engineering Procurement Manager, the main responsibilities of the role are:

*Receiving and booking-in of parts
*Ensuring rotable cores (exchange and loan) are returned to suppliers promptly, in accordance with contractual requirements
*Issuing-out or transferring of parts
*Oversight of the Quarantine store, ensuring that parts are retained for the minimum amount of time possible
*Ensuring that all stores areas are kept clean & tidy and contain only items that should be stored within them
*Carry out periodic stock checks
*Carry out specific purchasing activities, as requested by the Procurement Manager
*Act as duty 'Out of Hours' logistics person on a rotational basis
*Communicate with the Technical Controller on stores-related issues whilst acting as duty Stores person
*Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with Company procedures and instructions given
*Any other duties as requested by the Procurement Manager
