Experienced Stores Person / Warehouse Team Leader

This is a great job for an experienced and dynamic Stores Person or Warehouse Team Leader looking to work for a unique manufacturing business in Wisbech. The work involves managing other stores people in order to ensure the team performance levels are achieved and operational objectives completed efficiently within specific time frames. Organising floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements and being constantly adaptable to the clients diverse range of products, materials and variety of incoming goods will be key to your success in this job.

Plan and Coordinate incoming goods and storage
Measure and report on Warehousing activities
Maintain a high level of stock integrity
Monitor performance and productivity of all team members
Drive and Ambition to grow and develop with a key manufacturing business
Leader - a decision maker with great experience of leadership or someone who is willing to step up to a leadership role
Capable of working under pressure, within specific time frames to organise multiple inventory items with different lead times
Capable of building strong interdepartmental relationships with all key stakeholders in the business.
