What you need to know about us…
Here at Signet Jewelers, owners of luxury UK retail jewellery brands; Ernest Jones, H. Samuel and Leslie Davis we’re currently recruiting a Store Operations Assistant to work within our Store Support Centre in Borehamwood. The Store Operations team are our resident experts in creating a pleasurable shopping experience for our customers and exciting places to work for our employees. As the link between the Stores Support Centre and the shop floor, it’s the job of this team to turn the company vision into a retail strategy for our stores.

You’ll be working with…
As a Store Operations Assistant you’ll help to keep everything ticking along within our busy Store Operations Department. A fantastic opportunity to support to the Store Operations team and associated stakeholders, suppliers and customers (stores and field based) in ensuring all operational procedures and activities run smoothly.

A career enhancing role, you’ll be accountable for the following key areas:
*Create and publish store communication including memos, home page messages and SOI’s (Store Operating Instructions).
*Manage Departmental inboxes and reacting to activity queries in a timely manner.
*Track all external training and budget costs, collate nominations from stores and liaise with brands.
*Provide administration support to the Store Operations Team.
*Generate reports, updates and data in line with SLA’s
*Build Monkey Surveys and collate results.
*Perform HUB administrative duties.
*Provide support to stores with event activity including managing process and publishing schedules.

What you need on your CV:
You’ll have proven and demonstrable knowledge and experience in the following areas:
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail with a `right first time` mentality
* Ability to work as part of a team with an ability to use self-direction and work independently; suitably pushing back where appropriate.
*Adaptable, confident and highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
*Intermediate/Advanced user of Microsoft Office including Excel.
