Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service
- Drive retail performance and sales through effective team management and operational excellence
- Oversee and manage key retail KPIs including P&L, stock control, and audit procedures
- Keep the team updated on technical product knowledge to assist with customer enquiries
- Create a store environment that showcases the brand's outdoor products and promotes a positive shopping experience
- Report to the Area Manager on performance, sales, and team development
Experience & Qualifications:
- A passion for the outdoors and a love for outdoor products is essential
- Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity
- Track record of driving retail sales and improving store performance through excellent leadership
- Experience with managing KPIs, P&L, and team development
- Fashion retail experience is a plus, but not essential - we value passion and dedication!
