We’re recruiting for one of the UK’s biggest retail success stories. Born in the 1980s with a focus on high street fashion, today, the brand trades in more than 40 countries, and has more than 500 stores in the UK & Ireland as well as an enviable ecommerce offer. Over the last few years, several larger format stores have opened across the UK, cementing the business as a force to be reckoned with in the retail landscape.
We’re helping this brand to recruit a Store Manager to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months at one of the company’s relatively new high street stores. With a team of 70 staff and an annual turnover of almost £7 Million, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate. As a Store Manager, you will look after the entire store from a commercial and operational perspective, ensuring your Assistant Manager and junior management team are maximising sales opportunities and driving service. Analytical in your approach, you will develop and coach your teams to understand the business, giving them ownership and strong leadership.

We’re looking for an experienced store manager or deputy manager / assistant manager used to working in a fast paced fashion retail operation. Maybe you’re a store manager from a smaller turnover environment looking for your next step in a bigger store, or a Deputy Manager within a similar sized or larger environment looking for a first appointment opportunity.
We are looking for people who have held senior management roles in multi-million-pound annual turnover stores and been responsible for managing at least 30 people.
