Store Manager - Quick Service

Our client is looking for a forward thinking Store Manager to take total responsibility for delivering an outstanding service in one of the nation’s leading brands. With a daily average footfall of 300-400 you will be in charge of making sure your customers leave with an unbeatable experience that they will remember.

What the role involves:

  • Running of day to day activities

  • Take responsibility for the results and successes of the store

  • Managing staff rotas

  • Deal with customer complaints

  • Ensure new marketing updates and POS are implemented

  • Recruit, train, coach and develop staff to ensure optimal performance

  • Delivering exceptional service

The client’s ideal candidate:

  • Has management experience within the retail market

  • Experience with managing budgets, labour and key controllable costs

  • Forward thinker who plans ahead and can be ready for any situation

  • An influencer who is able to take control of their staff to ensure optimal outcomes
