Store Manager - High-End Fish & Chips!

They are looking for a proactive, passionate Manager to take over the running of their Fleet store and join an ever-growing team!

As part of the Management Team, you will have a variety of different roles to play, but ultimately you are responsible for the day-to-day running of your stores. That includes the finances and budgets as well as people management and development.

Other Duties include:

• Preparing & cooking outstanding meals - Training provided
• Ensuring all staff and offering the highest service standards.
• Maintaining 5*Food Hygiene rating.
• Consistency in quality & portion control.
• Stock Control.
• Managing wage bill, training & recruitment.
• Understanding simple financial reports.

The successful candidate will need enthusiasm, commitment and the desire to develop within a company who reward loyalty and performance.

Desired Experience:

• Experience of managing food retail business is preferable but not essential.
• Ideally hold current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Management/Mentoring
• COSHH & HACCP awareness.
