Store Manager - Chipping Norton

Do you have what it takes to run your own WHSmith store? If so, we'll give you plenty of scope, plus preparation for more senior management roles. We are currently recruiting an experienced Store Manager for our Chipping Norton store, where you will be responsible for a team of circa 13.

The store benefits from its own car parking and is one of our new concept stores, which has seen a complete transformation.

What you'll do

Determined to turn every customer's visit into a great experience, you'll uphold high standards while driving sales and managing costs. You need to work to strict KPIs, strive for sales targets and keep close track of stock. There's also the employee lifecycle to think about, from recruitment and training onwards.
