Quest Search and Selection is working with an international beauty retailer who is currently looking to hire a dynamic Store Manager to lead a team based in Bahrain. Your main role is to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively.
The responsibilities of the Store Manager within this retail business in Bahrain will include:
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff;
- Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competitor's strategies and activities;
- Propose ways to improve the retail business, instore merchandising, marketing, etc.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs;
- Maintain a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimize sales of the available inventory
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Store Manager)
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Store Manager preferably from Retail Beauty Brands;
- Strong knowledge about the luxury industry
- Strong leadership and management experience required;
- Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty;
- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent client service and communication skills;
