Store Manager

Experienced, innovative and passionate Store Manager required to manage, lead and develop an amazing lifestyle store based in Fitzrovia.

Duties include -

Assessment is done an objective to create vision and ideal conditions for the store’s future. A clear understanding of both past and present circumstances opens the gateway for the future.
 Have clear understanding of the financial situation of assigned stores.
 Prepare quarterly business plan
 Create an outline of business performance monthly and evaluate results vs. forecast.
 Complete monthly operational budget
 Develop quarterly marketing plan and monthly event budget.
 Demonstrate High Expertise on Salesforce- Monitor usage monitor and support sales staff daily.

Goal setting
Goal setting is done with an objective to meet specific budget requirements.
 Create multiple goals and action plan for each hire to achieve sales target, including a mix of short- and long-term goals.
 Prepare IBO (Individual Business Objective- financial and developmental goals) for each associate to and drive sales direct financial planning.
 Explore and participate in fairs and events.

Event Creation:
The event plan details how to accomplish the goals through engagement both internally and externally.

 Create, schedule, organize and encourage all employee to conduct one weekly instore event to drive traffic to assigned location
 Generate new leads outside store through networking and cross-branding collaboration
 Integrate, engage and support activities within the business community.
 Drive online review and customer feedback to strengthen store presence.
 Conduct role-playing exercises to improve performance.

Execution of the sales plan requires discipline and perseverance. The goal is active engagement of both the manager and team.

 Lead by example and seeks to continuously improve.
 Pursue opportunities that act as a funnel to drive both traffic and sales to store.
 Understand the importance of his/her role and steps up to it, ensuring he is properly carrying the heritage and values of the organization in every interaction with customers and colleagues.
 Radiates the mission statement for the company to others and the social responsibility and benefits that the company exudes.
 Coach, develop and support each team member.
 Creates an environment for personal growth
 Schedule and ensure proper sales coverage of assigned location
 Maintain a clean, organized and delightful showroom
 Order inventory in advance to eliminate shortage.
 Conduct all inventory transfers within a specific inventory category and complete inventory spot checks as needed. Various other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
 Use Salesforce daily,

Successful candidates should have previous Store Management experience, be self motivated, enjoy taking the lead and have extensive commercial acumen. The company offer an excellent salary / benefits package with commission / bonus
