NEW ROLE at successful and expanding Harrogate company. This is a varied and responsible role with no two days the same. Duties include:
*Maintaining stock room standards
*Ensuring all products are boxed, labelled and stored correctly in the stockroom and products on display are properly maintained to reduce stock damage
*To maintain a general awareness of storage, transport and stock loss of damaged products
*Dealing with damaged or returned stock
*Managing the recycling policy and updating records to ensure stock records are correct
*Ensuring all internal stock transfers are recorded
*Receiving deliveries and checking stock delivered corresponds to the invoices and minimal damaged stock
*Maintain replenishment to ensure sufficient availability of products
*Resolve stock discrepancies by searching for missing products
Our client is looking for candidates with a proven track record within stock management and logistics. You will have a hands on approach, the ability to liaise effectively at all levels and to be a multi-tasker.
