The Stock Coordinator will play a key role in the stock inventory management of Warehouse Operation supporting the effective and efficient transactional flow of all inbound, outbound and production stock processes and procedures using various systems including SAP, Locator, Salesforce and Warehouse Crane Systems. In addition you will also play a key communication role between various functions within the business.
Finished Goods Stock Inventory
You will be responsible for monitoring and processing all finished goods inventory transactions ensuring accurate records and document retention material is available to support CCEP Sabane Oxley compliance regulations. Daily processing of all system reconciliation reports, investigation to root cause into all errors and daily operational transactions.
Warehouse Utilisation/Stock Accuracy
You will liaise with Central Logistics functions to ensure that the site has the capacity to store all finished goods requirements from throughput of production and inter branch transfer stock. You will be responsible for identifying stock shortages and communicating issues with relevant Central functions to ensure stock availability to fulfil the customer logistics plan in line with site/customer case fill targets and expectations.
You will be responsible for supporting the Stock Coordinator during all planned inventory counts ensuring physical stock matches system stock, investigating and resolving any differences.
Previous experience of SAP and inbound/outbound stock movement would be advantageous.
Pay - £11.54 per hour, increasing to £11.84 after 12 weeks employment.
Hours of work will be 20hrs per week, Monday to Friday, working 3 days out of 5.
