Stock, Cash and Fund of Funds Reconciliations

City based bank have a requirement for candidates with 1-3 years experience within a Global Custody Environment.

Responsibilities will include:

a) To carry out the daily dispatch of the UIR report.

b) To ensure the return has all outstanding items cleared. Ensuring return with clearance of outstanding items

c) To bring to the attention of the management any items that have not been cleared either in a timely fashion or items that are of concern.

d) To highlight any items that have created a control difference of a significant nature.

e) To ensure adequate record keeping to facilitate audits.

f) To provide management information as directed.

g) To undertake monthly stock reconciliations process in line with agreed time frames.

h) To ensure return and completion in line with monthly FCA deadlines

i) To ensure that month on month reconciliation report is completed

j) To raise any items of concern in relation to the responses to the management’s attention.

k) To ensure that all appropriate system static data is kept up to date.

l) To apply Tax Code to Reportable income as advised by BBH.

m) To undertake sensibility checking on fee accrual income and charging.

n) To provide cover during absences for fund of funds.

o) To maintain a reasonable level of regulatory competence and knowledge in relation to the custody business;
