Stock and Admin Manager

My client, a large FMCG business are looking for an experienced Stock and Administration Manager to join on a permanent basis.

Your new job

To provide administrative support and ensuring that all paperwork, both physcial and electronic are completed efficiently and on time. Working closely with the management team. Managing, tracking and accounting for incoming stock.

General responsibilities

- General administrative duties
- Ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time
- Supplier/Customer liaison
- Adhering/implementing efficient procedures
- Responsible for maintaining and highlighting quality issues
- Staff Appraisals and follow ups

The Requirements

- Previous experience within a stock control position is hghly desireable
- Strong administration skills
- Abilitiy to prioritise and delegate where necessary
- Good leadership and team building skills
- Good interpersonal skills
