Demon Recruitment Group is looking to recruit ONE Temp to Perm Full Time Call Centre & Customer Agent to join their Client in the Southall area.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START MONDAY!


This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, well established business in the Customer Service sector.

Monday to Friday - shift patterns will rotate each week and consist of the following;
8am-5pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm.

Duties will include:
-Handling inbound calls
-Processing orders /requirements
-Checking delivery statuses
-Resolving complaints
-Discussing customer orders
-Completing necessary paperwork
-General customer service duties

Experience/Skills required:
-Previous Call Centre/Call handling experience
-Confident and professional communication skills
-Reliable and punctual
-Good IT skills
