NCFE, one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative qualification awarding organisations, is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Officer

This role can be based in our Newcastle office or remotely (Home Based). You will be expected to attend regular meetings at our Newcastle office and this is where you will complete your induction.

A bit about the job…

You will target, recruit and retain influential stakeholders across a range of sectors to support business objectives. As a Stakeholder Engagement Officer you will contribute to the engagement strategy to grow our stakeholder network through effective targeting, cold contact, event attendance, relationship building, colleague engagement and marketing collateral. You will work closely with Product Development, Business Development and other teams to ensure internal processes and systems support valuable stakeholder interaction to meet required outputs.

Skills & Knowledge

  • excellent written and oral communication skills, including good grammar and spelling

  • excellent telephone manner

  • demonstrable word processing, spreadsheet and email skills

  • attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

  • good relationship-building skills

  • knowledge of developments in education

an education to at least GSCE standard or equivalent
