Quality Personnel are recruiting a Staff Organisational Development Manager to join the HRD team for one of our well-established clients based in Milton Keynes.

We are particularly interested in speaking with applicants who are experienced people and organisational development managers who can offer flexibility, commitment, enthusiasm, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to assist others.

As part of the HRD team you’ll be working closely with the HR Manager and other members of the team to provide backup support to essential HR activities (recruitment, T&A, induction as well as other shared HRD projects).

Main Duties:

- Responsible for the delivery of the UK people plan with the ability to lead people and organisational development

- Creating, facilitating, supporting learning and development events and managing organisational change initiatives.

- Responsible for Training & Development - team building training, individual coaching, and leadership effectiveness.

- Liaising with the parent company on development topics (which will require occasional travel)

To be considered:

- Previously worked as an organisational development manager

- CIPD qualification and/or extensive learning and development experience

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Excellent command of the English language (Maths & Computer literacy)

- Self-motivated

- Ability to work in a methodical and organised way
