Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced RMN or RNLD for a staff nurse position, on behalf of a well established mental health hospital based in Stoke-On-Trent.

The hospital specialises in treating patients who suffer from different conditions including; autism, learning difficulties, personality disorder and associated mental health problems. The hospital is currently looking for an experienced RMN or RNLD to join their team.

Our client is looking for an experienced staff nurse to work 24 to 46 hours per week on 12 hours day shifts or night shifts, the shift patterns are (07:00-20:00/19:00-08:00) or (07:30-20:00/19:30-08:00) Depending on ward. As the only nurse on the ward you will have numerous responsibilities including providing the highest levels of care to patients, medication management, being involved in training, supervising junior members of staff and liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary team including clinical psychologists.

The salary is £11.85 for a preceptorship nurse and £15.15 to £16.42 per hour for an experienced nurse plus paid breaks, which is negotiable depending on experience.

You must be a registered nurse to be considered for the position and you must have previous experience within this type of setting.
