We are looking for a Microsoft T-SQL and ETL Developer with data migration, development and integration experience and skills. The individual should be a self-starter and ideally have experience in working within a project environment as well application vendor and business users. This is a contract position to work as a part of the project team implementing a new software application, initially for three months with the start date of early July and potential extension.
As a minimum, Bachelor Degree from an accredited University required, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems or related field.
*API Development to and hosted application in a SaaS environment
*Data Integration to and from SAP and other operational systems as well to the Data Warehouse on MS technology
*Data Cleansing from existing applications, systems and disparate files, Mapping to the destination and Migration into the application
*Technical Documentation, Business facing for understanding the current systems
*Carry out detailed design and development of ETL using SSIS and Cube using SSAS within the agreed methodologies, standards and quality levels
*Documentation on development, testing and deployment tasks
Extensive experience in Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS and API Development
Strong database skills in SQL Server 2012/2016
Experience in data migration from various systems including legacy databases and files
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
Exposure to Fox Pro and Dbase
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding time management skills and flexibility
Knowledge / experience SSRS and SSAS
Experience with Web Services such as REST and SOAP and .net
A good understanding of SFTP/FTPs
