Our client schools are located in Hulme, Swinton, Blackley and Chorlton.
We are sourcing sports coaches and graduates who care about the social and emotional improvement of young people with challenging behaviours who will have an impact on enabling students to make good or better progress and to ultimately improve their life chances.
The driven and experienced behaviour support assistant will have:
*Previous experience working with vulnerable young people with challenging behaviour in an education, youth work, sports coaching, residential care or youth justice system.
*The ability to build relationships and a rapport with young people whilst empathising and mentoring the young people.
*Be focused, conscientious and caring
*Understand the importance of independence, safety and inclusion
