We are looking for individuals who fit the above criteria to work within alternative provisions within Manchester. The children range between 5 and 16 years old and have not been able to integrate into mainstream schools due to factors such as exclusion and behavioural issues.
No additional qualifications are essential for this role. However, you will have:
*the natural ability to befriend the pupils while maintaining a professional attitude
*the willingness to provide an environment in which pupils can reach their full potential
*the ability to build rapports with the children, supporting their social and behavioural needs, and acting as a mentor
*energy and enthusiasm - you must be willing to kick a ball around!
*a professional approach to handling difficult situations
