This opportunity is a fantastic way for graduates to get their foot on the first rung of the career ladder and gain valuable classroom experience too. We offer outstanding support to our candidates and those selected will attend a Specialist Teaching Support preparation training course paid for by CER Education.
About the role:
You will be required to:
Offer 1:1 support and specialist intervention to EYFS/KS1/KS2 primary pupils
Run/develop groups or school coaching/sports sessions
Learn how to deliver the national curriculum
Manage behaviour and build pupil confidence
Effective planning and preparation in a school environment
Understand Safeguarding and Welfare
