We are recruiting for a registered and dedicated Speech & Languages Therapist to work for this Charity Led organisation across North-West and East London. You will have an opportunity to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team at a multitude of sites including schools.

What will I do as the new Term-time Speech and Language Therapist?
The Term-time Speech and Language Therapistwill be responsible for providing assessment and appropriate advice and intervention, both to individuals and groups at our centres and at schools in the North-West London area, with respect to children with a wide range of speech, language andcommunication difficulties and needs. You will be expected to write reports, including annual review reports, private assessment reports and reports contributing to a child’s education, health and care needs assessment along with designing and modelling the delivery of therapy programmes to school staff and parents.
The new term-time only Speech and Language Therapist will also support and facilitate school staff and parents in the delivery of therapy programmes and offer whole school advice, strategy/planning with support from senior therapist.
Am I the right person for this Term-time Speech and Language Therapist role?
The new Speech and Language Therapist must have proven experience in paediatric work in educational settings with young people special educational needs. You will need to have experience of treating pre-school and school aged children with speech, language and communication difficulties and be able to write concise reports independently reflecting high level of knowledge.
It is essential that the new Speech and Language Therapist has a Degree/Diploma in Speech & Language Therapy and is a Registered member of The Royal College of Speech & Language Therapist/Occupational Therapy and member of Health and Care Professions Council.
As this role is across multiple sites you must have a full Driving licence and access to your own car.
